At Cornerstone Baptist School, our educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that true education is centered on the teachings of Jesus Christ and the principles outlined in Scripture. We are committed to fostering an environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and morally. Guided by 2 Timothy 3:16, which affirms that ‘All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,’ we integrate rigorous academics with a Christ-centered worldview. We encourage students to develop critical thinking skills and a love for learning, as stated in Proverbs 2:6: ‘For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.’ Our approach emphasizes the pursuit of excellence in all endeavors, striving to do everything as working for the Lord, not for human masters (Colossians 3:23). Cornerstone Baptist School was founded in 2021 with a vision to provide a Christ-centered education that fosters both academic and spiritual growth. Initially established as a preschool, the school quickly expanded its educational offerings to include Pre-K through 8th grade. Located in Sedalia, MO, Cornerstone Baptist School has grown to become a beacon of faith-based education, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders who are rooted in faith and committed to excellence.

Community service is integral to our approach, reflecting the teachings of Ephesians 4:32 to be kind and compassionate to one another. By engaging in service activities, students not only contribute to their communities but also develop a sense of responsibility and empathy.
